We are looking for a motivated leader with a ‘can do’ attitude to help us build and deliver our Casework services, focused primarily on debt, benefits and housing. As a member of the management team, you will report to the Chief Officer and lead on the development and delivery of our casework services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about meeting the needs of clients, developing specialist services, and supporting a team.

Whilst experience of working within Citizens Advice would be desirable, we will happily support the right person through Citizens Advice accredited training to enable them to carry out the role.
